Before accessing, purchasing, holding, or interacting with any Alloco protocol or product, you must ensure that you meet all applicable eligibility criteria. As a decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure, access to Alloco products depends on three core dimensions: legal capacity to interact with smart contracts, jurisdictional compliance (including non-residence in restricted or sanctioned regions), and product-specific smart contract conditions. Certain general restrictions apply to the protocol as a whole, while specific vault strategies or synthetic ETFTs may enforce additional protocol-level parameters. Please read this notice carefully and review the technical and risk documentation for any specific product before initiating any on-chain transaction.
