Does a USD 100 creation make me a traditional authorized participant?
No. It gives eligible users access to the relevant Alloco primary operation. It does not confer traditional ETF AP status or authorization from a third-party tokenized-stock issuer.
Why have I not received units immediately after depositing?
The request may still require underlying execution and reconciliation. A confirmed deposit and a completed creation are different events. Check the Trading hours & order execution.
NAV measures portfolio value per unit. Secondary prices also reflect supply, demand, fees, liquidity, market hours, and the cost and capacity of primary arbitrage.
You may be able to sell in an enabled secondary market if executable liquidity is available. Primary redemption follows the product’s dealing terms and underlying settlement constraints. Blockchain availability alone does not provide continuous NAV-based cash-out.
Does a company-linked perpetual give me private company shares?
No. It provides the exposure defined by that derivative contract. It does not establish ownership of private shares or a right to receive shares at an IPO.
Is an Institutional Portfolio ETFT managed by the named institution?
Not merely because it uses that institution’s public disclosures. An actual appointed management relationship is disclosed separately and belongs to the Manager-Led framework.
Only if the destination explicitly supports that exact token contract and network. A stock-token deposit address is not an ETFT deposit address. Converter describes a separate, planned asset-conversion process.
No. Portfolio income and returns depend on the assets and strategy. ETFT Yielding is in development and is not included automatically in existing ETFT rights or returns.
