# Eligibility 

> Understand who can access Alloco products

Before accessing, purchasing, holding, or interacting with any Alloco protocol or product, you must ensure that you meet all applicable eligibility criteria. As a decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure, access to Alloco products depends on three core dimensions: **legal capacity to interact with smart contracts**, **jurisdictional compliance** (including non-residence in restricted or sanctioned regions), and **product-specific smart contract conditions**. Certain general restrictions apply to the protocol as a whole, while specific vault strategies or synthetic ETFTs may enforce additional protocol-level parameters. Please read this notice carefully and review the technical and risk documentation for any specific product before initiating any on-chain transaction.

## Restricted Jurisdictions

Due to regulatory compliance, local laws, and relevant sanctions policies, services and access to the Alloco protocol are not offered to users located in, established in, or residents of certain restricted countries or regions.

### List of Restricted Jurisdictions

Access is strictly prohibited from the following locations:

* **Afghanistan**
* **Belarus**
* **Canada**
* **Cuba**
* **Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK / North Korea)**
* **Iran**
* **Libya**
* **Myanmar**
* **Russia**
* **Somalia**
* **South Sudan**
* **Sudan**
* **Syria**
* **United States of America** *(including its states, territories, possessions, and the District of Columbia)*
* **Regions of Ukraine:** *Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Sevastopol*

If our system detects that your connection originates from any of the restricted jurisdictions listed above, access to the platform interface will be blocked, and you will see the following notice:
