# Celebrity ETFTs

Celebrity ETFTs translate publicly available information about a person or group into an investable portfolio. Sources can include public transaction disclosures, disclosed holdings, or a predefined set of publicly expressed investment views.

A disclosure-based portfolio associated with a public figure such as Nancy Pelosi and a portfolio derived from a creator's published market views use different inputs. The methodology identifies which approach applies.

## Disclosures and opinions are different signals

**Disclosure-based portfolios** use reported transactions or holdings. Disclosures may be delayed, incomplete, or expressed as value ranges rather than exact amounts.

**Opinion-based portfolios** map eligible public statements to portfolio decisions using a defined methodology. Mentioning a company does not establish that the speaker owns its shares. Opinion-based signals are not presented as verified holdings.

## From source to portfolio

1. Identify the eligible sources and verify their authenticity.
2. Record the underlying event date and the date the information became public.
3. Interpret the information using the product's published rules.
4. Apply asset eligibility, weighting, concentration, and liquidity limits.
5. Execute changes within the product's rebalancing window.

Where a disclosure provides a range, the methodology explains whether weights use a midpoint, equal allocation, or another estimation rule. An estimate is not an exact reconstruction of the person's account.

## Signal maintenance

The methodology defines how corrections, deleted posts, ambiguous statements, sponsored content, and expired signals are treated. Historical simulations use information only after it became publicly available.

Celebrity ETFTs are independently constructed unless an actual management or licensing relationship is explicitly disclosed. They do not imply access to private trading information or real-time replication of a person's portfolio.
